Pour son application à La Réunion, l'article L. 142-9 est ainsi rédigé :

" Art. L. 142-9. ― L'Office national des forêts peut être chargé de la réalisation des travaux sur les terrains mentionnés à l'article L. 142-7 applicable à La Réunion, quel que soit leur régime de propriété. "
