A l'article L. 141-1, pour son application à Saint-Barthélemy, les mots : " après enquête publique réalisée conformément aux dispositions du chapitre III du titre II du livre Ier du code de l'environnement " sont remplacés par les mots : " après enquête publique réalisée selon les règles applicables localement ".
